Managing and configuring Azure applications, Exchange Online, SAML, and enterprise security policies—key cloud engineering tasks.

Leading cloud migrations, including moving from on-prem email security to a cloud solution and transitioning critical team services including remote access from on-prem to a cloud-based deployment. Revision of existing policies to adapt to newer requirements and aid in reduction of admin overhead.

Create and implement plans for system and application upgrades, perform risk assessments, and adhere to ITIL best practices for change management.

Upgrade and maintain a secure internal PKI environment, setting policies and permissions from the root certificate authority down to individual certificate templates. Secure services with internally signed certificates for websites, LDAP, and mobile devices using NDES/SCEP.

Author and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and best practices.
